RULES & REGULATIONS

We’ve established the following general campground guidelines to help insure your safety and your enjoyment, while in our park and the same to our other guests. Those who choose not to observe these guidelines can be asked to leave our park without any form of refund.

SPEED LIMIT:

10 mph. Please observe our speed limit to insure the safety of all our guests. 

QUIET TIME:

10 p.m. to 7a.m.

SITE OCCUPANCY:

Only one (1) RV is allowed per campsite.

CHILDREN:

Guests are responsible for all behavior of children. All children under the age of 14 years must be accompanied by an adult 18 years or older.

SAFETY AFTER DARK:

In order to insure safety after dark, please carry a flashlight. No bike or scooter riding after dark. Wildlife including bears, rattlesnakes and mountain lions are native to this region. BE AWARE!

TRASH:

We have arranged for you to dispose of your trash at the Village Convenience Station at no charge. Please take advantage. Convenience Station is located behind the CNME building near the railroad tracks. 

CAMPFIRES:

Campfires are permitted only in designated areas. 

PORTABLE GRILLS:

Grills are allowed in the park. Wood or charcoal grills are allowed in designated areas only. 

CLOTHESLINES:

Not permitted.

PETS:

Keep on leashes (six-foot maximum length) or inside and do not leave unattended. No excessive barking allowed. Pets must be walked by a responsible person to pick up after them immediately. Pets are not allowed in or near any buildings, bathrooms or hot tub unless accompanied on a leash by responsible person. Maximum of 3 Pets allowed.

VISITORS:

Your visitors are always welcome at Ponderosa Ridge RV Park, provided they register at our main office. Registered guests and their visitors are expected to read and adhere to all campground guidelines. Guidelines are presented at time of check-In. All your visitors must leave campground by 10 p.m. unless otherwise authorized by park management. 

RECREATIONAL VEHICLES:

No battery-operated vehicles or motor-driven cycles, bikes, scooters or golf carts are to be driven in the park. Contact park management for designated recreational vehicle areas. Additional fees may apply. 

VEHICLE REPAIRS:

Vehicles and RV repairs are not permitted in the park. You may check with the local listings for businesses that provide these services.

MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS:

The Tenants shall maintain the premises in a good, clean, and ready to rent condition, and use the premises only in a careful and lawful manner. The tenants shall leave the premises in a ready to rent condition at the expiration of the rental agreement, defined by the Landlord as being immediately habitable by the next tenants. Tenants shall pay for maintenance and repairs should the premises be left in a lesser condition. 

RV WASHING:

You are permitted to wash your RV for a fee. Please check with our main office for designated washing area. 

 

 

ILLEGAL USE:

Tenant shall use the property for legal purposes only and other use, such as but not limited to, illegal drug use, abuse of any person, harboring fugitives, etc. shall cause termination of this agreement with no refund of rents or deposits.

POSSESSIONS:

Valuable items left behind by tenant will be held for the tenant and every reasonable effort will be made to contact the tenant for return. If items are not claimed for longer than 6 months they shall become the property of the Landlord. The Landlord shall not be held liable for condition of said items.

VIOLATION OF THESE GUIDELINES:

Grounds for ejection from the park without refund.

TERMINATION:

The Landlord has the right to inspect the premises with prior notice as stated with the applicable State laws. Should the Tenant violate any of the terms of this agreement, the rental period shall be terminated immediately in accordance with State law. The Tenants waive all rights to process if they fail to vacate the premises upon termination of the rental period. The Tenants shall vacate the premises at the expiration time and date of this agreement.

MESSAGES:

If you are expecting messages, please check at central office. Emergency messages will be delivered to your site.

MAIL SERVICE:

Available for guests. Please check with the office for more details.

FORMS OF PAYMENTS:

 We accept all Major Credit Cards, cash or money orders. Sorry, no checks.

 

RV & TENT SITE POLICIES

CANCELLATIONS

  • Cancellations made before scheduled reserved dates may result in nonrefundable deposits. Exceptions may apply. 

  • No Shows: Guests failing to contact us to cancel their reservation (with the required time, listed above) will be considered a no show and subject to the same cancellation policies.

DEPOSITS

  • Deposit amounts may vary. Contact main office for details. 

  • Holidays: The full reservation amount must be paid at booking.

OTHER CAMPSITE GUIDELINES​

  • Ground disposal of any drain water (gray or black) is prohibited by State Law. Wastewater from RVs (including sink water) must be disposed of into sewer drains. Do not put grease down the sewer. Please use only biodegradable additives. 

MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE, LIMIT THE LENGTH OF STAY AND THE NUMBER OF PERSONS OR VEHICLES PER SITE AND/OR EVICT ANY PERSON OR PARTY WITHOUT REFUND. PARK STAFF ARE NOT ALLOWED TO WORK ON RVS BELONGING TO GUESTS.

CAMPING IS AN OUTDOOR EXPERIENCE, THEREFORE WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS DUE TO ACTS OF MOTHER NATURE!
